GSK IMPACT Awards
This annual awards program will honor up to 10 local nonprofit organizations with $50,000 each in recognition of their exceptional achievements in contributing to a healthier Research Triangle Region.

Our Impact | Land Transaction
Provides funding to support donated and purchased land acquisition transactions and related stewardship expenses in order to increase the pace of conservation in the Triangle. The Land Transaction Grant Program is by invitation only. Each property funded with these grants must be permanently protected through a Conservation Easement or Notice of Acceptance of Property for Conservation Purposes.

Triangle Capacity-Building Network Grant
A joint project of funders across the Triangle, with organizational capacity-building funding available to nonprofit organizations led by and working with communities of color.

Funding will support general operations of nonprofit organizations that are helping increase culturally representative arts programming and/or increasing the arts in public and community spaces.

Complex organizational change continues to be a challenge for many Triangle nonprofits and the sector more broadly. Therefore, we’re building on learnings from the first call for proposals and nonprofit support activities in the last year to launch another Responsive Grantmaking call for proposals.

Strategic Initiative | Housing Affordability
Aligned with our strategic plan, Triangle Community Foundation has identified housing affordability as a key issue in our region. This grant cycle will help us begin to deploy discretionary funding to nonprofits addressing housing affordability, testing out hypotheses we have around how the Foundation can best leverage our financial resources and convening power to help create measurable change on this issue in the coming years.
