About Rick

Rick has been involved in the automotive aftermarket industry for most of his business career in various management and execute positions.  He currently is owner and president of Bourke Services, LLC and a partner in Schwartz Advisors, both organizations being engaged in M&A and business consulting activities.

He earned his BBA from Western Michigan University and a Master of Business Administration from the DeVos Graduate School of Management at Northwood University.

In addition, Rick has his CPA certification and serves as an adjunct professor for the University of the Aftermarket, an industry sponsored continuing and leadership education institution.  He also is active with many Triangle-based nonprofits providing strategic fundraising assistance and governance.
