Kelsey Laird

Kelsey Laird joined Triangle Community Foundation as a Development Officer in 2026, bringing more than a decade of experience building trusted relationships and serving clients in the legal field. A graduate of Appalachian State University with a degree in Social Work, Kelsey is passionate about connecting people with opportunities to make a meaningful difference. She believes in the power of local philanthropy to build stronger communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive

A lifelong resident of the Triangle, Kelsey grew up in Saxapahaw and now lives in Durham with her husband and their two young children, Olivia and Max. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys hunting for shark teeth along the North Carolina coast, organizing her neighborhood run club, and spending time with her family and friends.
