Cécile Noel

About Cécile

Cécile grew up in Belgium and moved to the United States in 1979, and to Raleigh in 1988.

After earning a MSPH at UNC-Chapel Hill, she completed the PA program at Duke in 1994 and worked for over 20 years in rural primary care and emergency medicine.

She enjoyed numerous medical mission trips to Nicaragua, Haiti and Belize.

She is now retired, enjoys her grandchildren, and being a volunteer in numerous Triangle based nonprofits.

Her family mission can be summarized by: “We succeed not for ourselves, but for what we can contribute to society through our success.”
