Triangle Community Foundation Announces Triangle Impact Fund to Advance Housing Affordability
DURHAM, N.C. – Triangle Community Foundation, a regional convenor and philanthropy leader, announced today the launch of the Triangle Impact Fund, a philanthropic investment tool that will provide low-cost capital to advance housing affordability in Wake, Durham, Orange, and Chatham counties. The organization announced the fund at its 2026 What Matters event at the Raleigh Convention Center, where more than 500 public, private, philanthropic, and nonprofit leaders gathered to discuss housing affordability in the Triangle.
