The diversity of our region makes our community stronger year-round, and the Foundation is excited to celebrate Pride Month this June. We are committed to building a more vibrant community - one where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. While there are victories to be celebrated, many challenges and obstacles persist for the LGBTQ+ community.

Join us in uplifting the community as we gather with our friends and partners at local Pride events around the Triangle this month:

Wake County:

    • OUT! Raleigh Pride - June 24th, 11am-6pm on Fayetteville St

 

    • Pride Plaza Party in Downtown Raleigh- June 2nd, 6-9pm on Fayetteville St

 

    • Pride Market and Drag Show - June 17th, 12-4pm in Hartwell Raleigh (benefitting LGBT Center of Raleigh)

 

    • Pride Day at Apex Farmers Market - June 10th, 9am-12pm
      Pride Ride in Historic Raleigh - June 4th, 1-3pm

 

    • Apex Pride - June 10th, 11am-5pm

 

    • Additional Raleigh Pride NC events

 

    • Check out the Pride drink special at 321 Coffee or purchase a Pride sticker at any location (Profits will go to the LGBT Center of Raleigh and Durham)

 

Durham County:

    • Free workout class hosted by Jewish for Good "POUND for Pride" - June 4th, 9-10am in Durham Central Park

 

    • Durham Pride at Hi-Wire Brewing - June 10th (Vendor Market 12-5pm and Drag Show 7-9pm)

 

Orange County:

    • Chapel Hill Pride Promenade - June 3rd, 2-4pm in Peace & Justice Plaza

 

    • Celebrate LGBTQ Pride at Poets Open Mic Night - June 6th, 7-9pm on Zoom

 

    • Orgullo Latinx Pride - June 10th, 5-9pm at Carrboro Town Commons

 

    • Pride Piper Walk - June 30th at 4:30 pm, Meet at Carrboro Century Center

 

    • Pride Food Truck Rodeo & Dance Party - June 30th, 5-8pm at Carrboro Town Commons

 

Chatham County:

    • Chatham County Library Pride Month Film Series - Wednesday evenings in June, 6-9pm
