About Rutina

Rutina (Tina) Bailey manages the Foundation’s Grants administration and is the fund liaison for Agency Funds and Designated Funds.

With almost three decades of experience in the nonprofit field, Tina brings a wealth of knowledge to grant administration and nonprofit development. As a Certified Nonprofit Consultant, she has a passion for helping nonprofits create strategies around their mission and establish grant readiness. She believes the organization’s mission statement should be able to bring the organization, the community, and the participants together and benefit everyone.

Tina has worked in several capacities in the nonprofit field. From grant writer to grant administrator, from volunteer to board member, from establishing 501c(3)s to creating strategic plans for existing nonprofit organizations, and now nonprofit founder and consultant.

Equipped with life experience, degrees in Business Management and Sales & Marketing, a Nonprofit Management and Development Certification from Duke University, a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certification from the University of South Florida, and a Master Life Coach certification, Tina ensures nonprofit organizations become grant ready.

In her spare time, you will find Tina building her own 501c(3) nonprofit organization, BuildHER Collaborations, which provides training and community awareness on ways to support and advocate for survivors of domestic abuse and sexual trauma.
