This is not a grant application, nor does it add you to a list for funding consideration. By completing this form, you are expressing interest in receiving general information from the Foundation, and may be added to our nonprofit email list.
Nonprofit 501(c) (3) tax exempt organizations, government agencies, and religious organizations serving our four counties may submit an Organization Information Form below. We encourage you to use your existing networks in the community to establish and maintain relationships with donors in order to share information about your organization.
Please do not submit more than one form in a six month period.
