Join us as we take a deeper look at the intersection of housing, health, and employment in the Triangle, and highlight the trends with basic needs in our region.
When? Wednesday, November 8th at noon
Where? Research Triangle Foundation, 12 Davis Dr, Durham, NC 27709
Speaker: Robert Korstad, Ph.D., Professor in the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University
As part of the Foundation’s continuing donor education series, and in conjunction with Our Focus: Community Development, we are thrilled to learn from Dr. Korstad and other donors about poverty and who is most affected in our region. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to informally talk with organizations working on the ground to provide housing, health, and employment services. Use this opportunity to not only dive into these issues in our community, but also to hone your nonprofit evaluation skills.
We will also launch Giving Together: Community Development, our next collective giving opportunity, at the end of this forum.
Lunch will be served and space is limited, so we encourage you to RSVP at your earliest convenience. Click here to register today! This event is open only to fundholders.
