Administering Organization: Triangle Community Foundation
The Citrix Scholarship was created to renew its commitment to diversity by partnering with Triangle Community Foundation to support students at historically black colleges and universities in the Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina area who are interested in pursuing STEM careers. Citrix sees a great need for diverse candidates in computer science and related STEM fields and hopes to foster future talent through scholarship support and connection with mentors at Citrix currently doing work in the field.
Amount & Use of Funds
Up to $20,000
The scholarship may be used towards any need listed under the school’s total cost of attendance. The student is responsible for all other charges. Payments are made annually for up to 4 years, and the student must maintain a 2.5 GPA and submit semester reports in order to continue receiving funding.
In order to be eligible to apply, students must:
- Minimum GPA: 2.5
- Residency Requirements: None
- High School Restrictions: None
- Plan of Study Restrictions: Applicants must attend NC Central, St. Augustine’s or Shaw University
- This scholarship is restricted to students pursuing a degree in computer science.
