Triangle Community Foundation and the Send A Kid To Camp program are located in the Triangle and serve the communities of Chatham, Durham, Orange and Wake counties in North Carolina. |
 Many children in Wake, Durham, Orange and Chatham counties do not have the opportunity to enjoy the benefits of attending a summer camp. They may be disabled or from a family that is unable to afford camp. They may be foster children removed from their families of origin because of abuse and neglect. Many have resigned themselves to spending summer behind closed doors because their neighborhood streets are too dangerous.
You can bring these children out of their isolated situations and into the "sunshine" of summer camp, by giving to the 2007 Send A Kid To Camp program. With your help, this program, administered by Triangle Community Foundation, has raised more than $1.67 million since its inception in 1984 and has sent nearly 5,500 Triangle children to summer camp.
Send A Kid To Camp is made possible by donors like you and our generous partners in the program: FOX 50, the Herald-Sun Newspapers, the News & Observer, WRAL-TV5, Chatham County Together!, the Departments of Social Services of Durham and Orange Counties, Chrysalis Foundation, and the Raleigh Kiwanis Foundation.

Donations by interfund transfer are only available to donors with active donor-advised funds at Triangle Community Foundation.
