What are the policies for the space usage?
After contacting the Foundation, you’ll receive a Conference Room Reservation Agreement which will outline all policies for the space you are interested in using. Reservations of space are accepted on a first-come, first served basis, and the Foundation reserves the right to refuse availability.
Who is eligible to use the conference room?
The space can be used by any nonprofit organization or charitable entity for meetings and events.
When can I make a reservation? Where can I book?
Reservations must be made at least 5 days in advance and may book rooms up to eight weeks in advance. Organizations can use the space four times per calendar year. Conference rooms are available for use during our business hours, Monday – Friday, from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. To book a space, fill out the reservation form here.
Is there a cost to use the rooms?
The space is free to all nonprofit and charitable organizations.
What can I use the space for?
The space can be used for meetings, retreats, trainings, or informal gatherings. Use for private parties is not permitted.
Is food allowed at the Foundation?
Groups may bring in food or have the meeting catered. If catering is being delivered, the organizer or a meeting participant must be designated to receive the order. Catering deliveries must be made through the main entrance of the Foundation during the time reserved by the organizer. All utensils, beverages, ice, napkins, dishes, creamers, sugars, salt, pepper, and other condiments must be provided by the organizer.
Can you have alcohol at your event?
Alcoholic beverage consumption is prohibited on the Foundation premises.
Can we put paper or our notes on the walls?
No visual displays of any kind may be affixed to the walls or ceilings. This includes ‘sticky’ notes. The rooms are equipped with up to two easels for group use, and visual displays may be affixed with tape or ‘sticky’ notes to the glass doors only.
